These are of diode type and function using 'forced air cooled' technology. The revolutionary design of the rectifiers helps in ensuring power saving operations, as compared to outdated machines and technology. It also offers superior welding features with every type of electrode. This has simple operation and can work with welding cable of different lengths.

• Corrosion free body is ensured via Epoxy Powder coating on the surface.
• It has very good welding performance not just for alloy steels but also for Stainless Steel Electrodes ( including 6013, 7018, and 6010 cellulosic)
• The design of equipment is dependable and tropical type.
• The transfer of droplets is kept simple using a non-movable and durable arc.
• The varnishing of the winding system is done using an impregnating system that is pressurized with the application of vacuum. This increases its operational life and dependability.
• There is an optional remote control unit for managing current.
